Osho Dynamic Meditation technique Video

Dynamic meditation is of the main active meditation technique devised by Osho. This is basically a morning meditation technique and requires deep chaotic breathing and lot of catharsis.

Osho has recommended this meditation specially for beginners and it is recommended to be done for at least 9 months before one should move into passive meditation techniques.

Dynamic meditation has 5 stages and it last for one hour. Dynamic meditation is done accompanied with the meditation music which is specially made for this meditation. Meditators are recommended to wear loose and comfortable clothes. One should be very total in this meditation and if first stage is done properly then next stage follows spontaneously and easily.
